POWER: People Organized to Win Employment Rights
Youth are working on a research project in collaboration with POWER's Bayview Organizing Project, which unites low-income residents in San Francisco's last-remaining African American neighborhood to fight for affordable housing, living wage employment, and environmental justice in the midst of corporate developers' attempts to gentrify the community.
Project WHAT! (We're Here And Talking)
After a year of developing a resource guide and trainings for social workers and teachers who work with youth who have parents incarcerated, the Project WHAT! Youth team is traveling around the country giving presentations and workshops.
Stupski Foundation

Department of Children, Youth and their Families, Youth Empowerment Fund
The Youth Empowerment Fund is a DCYF initiative that gives away over 1 million a year to youth organization in San Francisco. This project is a youth-led evaluation of the impact of their funding.
Donald P. McCullum Youth Court "Focus on Justice"
Nearly thirty young people who have gone through the restorative justice process at McCullum Youth Court will participate in this youth-led research project to look at gender and juvenile justice in their communities.
ACCESS Project
This extensive collaborative project is headed by Lavender Youth Recreation and Information Center (LYRIC) and Community United Against Violence (CUAV) and aims to improve access of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning youth to youth serving organization in San Francisco.
Kids First 2 Coalition
Youth In Focus is a steering member of the Kids First 2 Coalition as it seeks to educate and outreach to the public. YIF is a lead member of the research committee seeking to document the nature and extent of services needed by Oakland youth in order to make a successful transition to "college, work, and life."
American Legion Continuation School
Going on to it second year of the Youth REP Process, American LegionŐs youth congress group will continue running their research project assessing the value of their education.
Sacramento GSAs
Gay Straight Alliance groups across Sacramento will be participating in a youth-led needs assessment for LGBTQ youth.
